Since Kuwait takes measures to change itself in a world-class financial and commercial center, there are opportunities to catch a piece of the private sector's work. New laws on foreign investment and public-private partnership have proved to be popular with investors. Among other developments, the stock market involves opening of non-Kuwaitis and entry of foreign companies into major sectors such as banking.

The country's ideal location and high quality life correspond to the consistent oil reserves, modern infrastructure, strong legal framework, strong macroeconomics, sound banking system and less political risk.

Kuwait has less political risk ratings than strong investment-grade sovereign ratings (AA / AA2) and major credit agencies globally. For its total macroeconomic environment it was in place of 7 for its government debt as a percentage of 30 and GDP (WEF Global Competitiveness Report 2017-18) in 137 countries. And the World Health Organization has ranked it as the world's third most attractive tax system.

Despite these advances, the challenges persist and the investor wants to make the country policy and reduce the red tape so that Kuwait is specially working so that in particular, 96 of the World Bank Doing Business, 96 Out of the rank has improved.
